(02)How I got here

A career built by takingthe next responsibility.

From my first job to university, freelance work, and leading teams - each chapter added a new responsibility. Here’s how they connect.

  1. 2018

My first real job wasn’t in code.

I worked as a storekeeper, managing inventory and learning that reliable systems matter long before I knew how to build them.

    @daltadreamice2018 · Chapter 01
  2. 2019

Started university. Kept learning beyond it.

I started university in 2019. Alongside my studies, I taught myself Java and Flutter.

    University2019 · Chapter 02
  3. 2021

    Went freelance, client by client.

I started freelancing in 2021. I learned by taking mobile products from a rough idea all the way to deployment.

    @freelance2021 · Chapter 03
  4. 2022

Joined a product team and shipped at scale.

At Morina I developed and optimized Flutter applications, debugged production issues, and delivered features across multiple products.

    @morina2022 · Chapter 04
  5. 2023

Moved from code to leadership and systems.

Promoted to Project Manager and Technical Lead: managing cross-functional engineering teams, database structure, cloud hosting, and shipping the Morina Portal across web and mobile.

    @morina2023 · Chapter 05
  6. 2024

Became the bridge between team and management.

As a part-time Team Lead I provided technical direction, distributed work, protected quality, and kept delivery transparent through August 2025.

    @architech2024 · Chapter 06
  7. 2025

Built daily habits into a connected product.

Joined HealthyU as a Senior Mobile Application Developer in September 2025. Through September 2026, I built a subscription app for MANN and FLAVIE across iOS, Android, and Alipay+ SuperQi. I designed registration, QR box linking, daily routines, and smart reminders; implemented photo-based progress comparisons and weekly check-ins; and built subscription and reorder flows with integrated payments and delivery address handling across native and mini app platforms.

  8. 2026

Now I’m building something of my own.

My focus is mybourse.net: backend infrastructure, API design, payment integrations, the mobile API, customer dashboard, and the systems behind it.

(06)Where I fit

How I can contribute.

Hands-on engineering.
A wider view of delivery.

01
Mobile & Flutter Engineering

Speed torelease.

Zero-friction delivery from Figma to App Store, Google Play, and Web. I turn product specs into fluid, responsive iOS and Android applications, wire up APIs and payment gateways, and guide features across the release line in weeks instead of months.

02
Architecture & Code Quality

Productionresilience.

Clean architecture that doesn’t turn into legacy spaghetti after six months. Strict separation of concerns (Data → Domain → Presentation), automated test coverage, and offline-first state handling that keeps maintenance predictable and crash rates below 0.2%.

03
Backend APIs & Technical Leadership

Full-stackownership.

Mobile interfaces backed by real backend systems. I design NestJS APIs, relational databases, authentication, and automated CI/CD deployment pipelines — taking complete ownership so your team spends less time in cross-team syncs and more time shipping.

Behind the build

Engineering in Practice.

How I approach architecture, quality,
and production systems.

Challenge #1

Keeping business logic independent of the interface.

Approach: Strict boundary layers keeping business logic independent of UI and third-party frameworks.

BLoC / Cubit Reactive State. UI widgets remain pure consumers. Unidirectional data flow ensures deterministic rendering and prevents state bleed.

Pure Dart Use Cases & Entities. Business rules and domain contracts encapsulated without external package dependencies. Functional failure handling with Either types.

Repository Pattern & Remote/Local Sync. Dio HTTP clients with automatic JWT refresh interceptors, paired with encrypted local storage (Hive/SQLite) for offline-first resilience.

Challenge #2

Protecting critical journeys as the product changes.

Approach: Multi-tiered test suites that guarantee critical user journeys never regress across releases.

Isolated Business Logic. Mocktail and Mockito test suites covering Use Cases, repositories, and state reducers against edge cases and network timeouts.

Pixel-Perfect Visual Regression. Automated golden tests validating Figma design fidelity across phone and tablet densities before PR merges.

Mission-Critical Journeys. Full checkout and authentication flow assertions running against mock backends in headless CI environments.

Challenge #3

Making store releases repeatable, not manual.

Approach: Automated build matrices from PR validation to TestFlight and Google Play internal tracks.

Strict Linting & Coverage Gates. GitHub Actions triggers on PR with dart analyze --fatal-infos and minimum code coverage thresholds.

Automated Certificate & Signing. Match-managed iOS signing certificates and Android keystore provisioning with zero local credential sharing.

Direct Store Deployments. Automated staging uploads to TestFlight & Google Play Internal Track with auto-generated release changelogs.

Challenge #4

Keeping APIs reliable when external services fail.

Approach: Design for timeouts, duplicate requests, and interrupted integrations—not just the happy path.

Clear API Boundaries. Validate incoming data, enforce permissions on the server, and return consistent errors that mobile and web clients can handle.

Safe Retries. Use idempotency for sensitive operations and verify payment callbacks before changing an order or account state.

Controlled Failure Handling. Set explicit timeouts, retry only recoverable failures, and keep enough context in logs to investigate without exposing secrets.

Challenge #5

Keeping data consistent as usage grows.

Approach: Model the relationships first, then optimize around the queries the product actually needs.

Constraints & Transactions. Protect related writes with transactions, and use unique constraints and foreign keys to prevent invalid or duplicate records.

Measured Query Optimization. Inspect query plans, add targeted indexes, and paginate large result sets instead of loading everything into memory.

Safe Schema Changes. Plan versioned migrations, preserve compatibility during deployments, and verify backups through restore checks.

Challenge #6

Keeping the product dependable after deployment.

Approach: Treat hosting as an ongoing responsibility: secure configuration, visible health, and a recovery plan.

Separated Environments. Keep staging and production isolated, manage secrets outside source control, and grant services only the access they need.

Repeatable Deployments. Use reproducible builds, health checks, and a clear rollback path so a release does not depend on manual server changes.

Monitoring & Recovery. Watch errors, resource usage, and availability; document recovery steps and check that backups can restore the service.

(07)Credentials, continued learning

Proof behind the practice.

Certificates are only useful when they sharpen the work. These are the receipts behind how I plan, build, and lead products.

(08)Project process

Clear steps.
Fewer surprises.

  1. Discovery

We define the real problem, the people it serves, and the constraints around it before design or code starts.

    • A focused product goal and success criteria
    • The key users, journeys, and technical constraints
    • A shared scope with clear priorities
  2. Design & flow

We map the journey and shape the screens in Figma or FlutterFlow until the product makes sense end to end.

    • A clear content and screen map
    • The important states, flows, and decisions
    • Feedback checkpoints before development begins
  3. Build

I develop the product in Flutter or React, with Firebase or a custom backend selected for the work - not for fashion. I also develop side projects to test ideas and deepen my craft beyond client work.

    • Responsive, production-ready interfaces
    • The data, integrations, and logic the product needs
    • Side-project development that keeps the practice sharp
  4. Test & refine

We test across devices, repair rough edges, and make a focused performance pass before calling the work ready.

    • Real-device and browser checks
    • Accessibility, performance, and edge-case review
    • A final pass on interaction and visual polish
  5. Ship & support

We launch to the stores or web, watch the live product closely, and keep improving after release day.

    • A considered release plan
    • Production setup and handoff notes
    • Post-launch support guided by real use

Good appstake time.

Good teams make the time count.

I’ve spent 5+ years managing both the code and the people around it - from writing Flutter to running the sprint. Fewer surprises, clearer timelines, and a product that ships.
